1. Shipping Options & Zones:
• We offer reliable shipping within Japan using Yamato Transport.
• Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
International Shipping:
• We ship with Japan Post to select countries worldwide.
• Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days, depending on your location.
• Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Supported Shipping Zones
• We currently ship to the following regions: Japan, USA, UK.
• If your country is not listed, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.
3. Shipping Costs
• Local Shipping: A flat rate of ¥800 for all orders within Japan. Free shipping on orders over ¥15000.
• International Shipping: Shipping rates vary based on the destination country and package weight. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Times
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Once processed, delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Local: 2-3 business days
• International: 7-21 business days
• Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.
5. Returns, Exchanges, Damaged and Lost Packages :
• LONE WOOF does not accept returns or exchanges on customized items or special orders. We strive to provide high-quality products and we have high standards for quality control.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Exchanges:
• At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
• For lost packages, please reach out to us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
